The Caminito del Rey will allow you to cross the Gaitanes Gorge via walkways attached to the rock 100 meters above the ground, following the course of the Guadalhorce River, discovering hidden landscapes and dizzying sensations.

It was built at the beginning of the century by a hydroelectric company to facilitate access for its workers. Due to its severe deterioration, access to the Caminito del Rey was prohibited for safety reasons, and it was only frequented by climbers. In 2015, the Caminito del Rey, now restored, reopened to the public. Don't miss it!! ENJOY CAMINITO!!

Instructions:
The route is linear: the entrance is via the NORTH ACCESS and the exit via the south . It's 7-8 km, mostly downhill. At the end, a SHUTTLE BUS will take you back to the starting point.

Park your car in the Main Parking lot : and use the shuttle to get to the North entrance where the meeting point and ticket office are located.
